The brackets are hand cast and then undergo an ageing process to provide the distinctive antique look This product is made from genuine cast iron and has a rustic natural look. It is uncoated therefore may develop surface rust when exposed to moisture or humidity. If desired this can easily be removed using a fine wire wool and to protect and seal the product we recommend a thin coat of wax polish or light oil.
