The McAlpine ABS42/43G-CB is a compression straight connector made from chrome-plated brass on one end and ABS solvent weld on the other. This connector is designed to connect a pipe or fitting made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) to a pipe or fitting made of a different material such as copper or brass. The compression fitting uses a compression nut and olive to create a watertight seal between the connector and the pipe or fitting
