FRENCH ORIGIN - The Ferdinand Pichard is an award winning rose receiving an RHS Award of Garden Merit. It was first bred in France by Rémi Tanne in 1921. LOOK - This rose has a vigorous bushy habit with rich green leaves. It has very fragrant double blooms with splashes of pink and crimson.
